The site has a perfectly professional and to the point look and feel to allow visitors grasp the whole concept of the site as a middle man service for property listings/promotions and searchers. Good use of property and land images make it a worth visiting and utilizing realtor site. Also interactive in nature since features like blog and Facebook, Twitter and Google Maps are found here for ultimate user experience. The website is SEO optimized for appearing higher on search results. Also, it has an extensively done searching system that makes use of checkboxes for an advanced level search of the required property.

I would highly recommend using Edgeview Soft for designing your future website. I hired them to design an interactive property management website with a blog, newsletter, member sign up and list property area, with pictures & slideshows, & Admin Panel. The site was complex, and it was in a tropical tourism country, so it had to have that "feeling." They gave me every SINGLE thing I asked for and more! They responded within one business day to all of my requests, and were available for chats as well. The only caveat I would have is that since they charge a lot less than what I found normal website designers charge, there is a trade off for that. I did have to do the majority of the front-end design, write all the content, and test/proofread everything on my own. However, any changes or errors I found they were quick to correct, and I was willing to do this in order to keep my expenses down. At the end, I was very satisfied and rewarded with what we'd accomplished together.

5. Property Management
A number of features are provided here. Admin can add and delete property type, listing type, properties, view them, activate and deactivate properties. FEATURED properties are also found and they are linked with advertising payments. Admin can add (and remove) unlimited number of heavy pictures of properties. Admin is also able to set the order of the properties how to show on the property list. -
3. Blog Management
Blog page promotes new properties, area happenings and such related topics. Blog comes with its complete management module containing categories, posts and comments management. It also comes with a word count; admin can also manage tags in the blogs. -
9. Email Management
By using this module admin can manage all the email templates that will be used in red roof. -
8. Slide Show Images
Admin can mange web site's slide images. Add, edit, delete and reorder them. -
1. Services Management
This module lists the existing services for admin to manage. Admin can view, update, activate/deactivate and delete services. Click on 'view details' to view details of each service. Add New Service Contains a comprehensive form to add services data and payment plans to be displayed on your website. We have used strong html editors to help format the data. -
10. Newsletter Management
This module is used to send newsletter to the user�s who subscribe to them by using Email subscription module from main site. Admin activates the users to send them these newsletters. Admin adds newsletter templates, edits, sends and deletes the newsletters. -
4. Locations
This module has two options, Districts and Towns. For both of these, admin can add and delete, edit and activate and deactivate them. -
7. Site Preferences
This module allows for pages management. Admin can handle page levels as pages that are displayed on top menu of website. Pages can also be reordered, CMS is provided here for admin to handle dynamic data for main site. CMS also helps manage facebook, twitter and linked in accounts for red roof. Admin can also manage Google map for main website -
2. Users Management
Here admin can manage the users (landlord, brokers, others. Admin can view details, edit member info, activate/deactivate a member. Members can also be added by website visitors. The one who want to be a member of red roof property management system should fill the provided form. -
11. Personal Profile
To change admin's profile information like username, email and display name, 'Edit profile' feature works. Admin can also change password here. -
